Welcome to Materia Research (the “Site,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & age restriction

2. Research use only (RUO) policy
All products on this Site are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.

• They are not approved by the FDA for any medical or personal use.

5. Ordering, shipping & returns
Orders are subject to acceptance and verification of age and eligibility. Shipping is only to addresses where such products are legally permitted. All sales are final due to the nature of research chemicals. No returns or refunds except in cases of shipping damage (with photographic proof).

6. Intellectual property & site use
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names and descriptions, images, and the Materia Research name and marks — is owned by Materia Research / JOMECH LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written consent. You may not use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or interfere with its operation or security.

7. Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
